Lennox McNeary, MD, FAAPMR
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Lennox McNeary has been leading health-care teams for over 16 years as a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician, including 5 years as Medical Director of an Inpatient Rehabilitation unit.

Dr. McNeary received her B.A. in Environmental Science and Policy from Duke University, her Doctor of Medicine Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, and completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan.

Lennox is passionate about finding solutions to healthcare disparities, and holds multiple national leadership positions focused on improving access to quality health care.
As ArchiveCore’s CEO and co-founder, Lennox brings a dedication to excellent customer service, and a long-term view of business planning and financial management.
Keel Coleman, DO, MBA, FACEP
Co-Founder & Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Keel Coleman has been active in acute medical care for the last 25 years as an Educator, Administrator, and Emergency Medicine Physician.

Dr. Coleman received his B.A. from University of Tennessee, his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from University of New England, and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Virginia Commonwealth University. He received his M.B.A from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.

Keel is a successful entrepreneur in service-based businesses, including software development. He is committed to improving the health of patients, care-providers, and institutions through the use of novel technological solutions.
As our CMO and co-founder, Keel brings a well-developed ability for big picture thinking, prioritizing, and risk assessment. These skills developed in the ER translate to entrepreneurship.
Emily Wilhelm, MSEd, PMP
Chief Design Officer
Emily Wilhelm is a Resident Management System expert. With 20 years experience in a large tertiary care health system, she has extensive experience in Human Resources, Resident Accreditation and Professional Credentialing.
With her deep knowledge of the residency management space, she brings broad technical and analytical skills, including expertise in data collection and management. Her professional roles include directing residency software systems, and institutional education and performance improvement projects.

As our CDO, Emily brings a detail-oriented approach to data management and software systems.
Alvan Makoundi-Tchibinda, MPP
Sales Development/International Education Liaison
Alvan Makoundi-Tchibinda holds a Master’s in Public Policy, with concentrations in Entrepreneurship, Sustainable Development and Conflict Resolution from George Washington University. He also holds a Bachelor in Finance and Political Science from Queens University, where he is currently an MBA candidate.
When not working with ArchiveCore, he provides workshops in leadership skills and workforce development to youth non-profits, and enjoys discussing political and educational subjects on podcasts and as a guest speaker and lecturer.
